Although many buyers and investors, are happy to make their property purchase without visiting the developments, many still like to visit the area first. So if you decide to come and see for yourself, we’ll be very happy to meet you and show you around the properties.

£250 per person refund for purchasers

If you buy a property in Portugal via us, we offer a £250 per person refund towards the cost of your air travel (terms apply). This refund is offered in addition to any form of travel promotion the developer may offer.

Advice and assistance

If you’d like help with lawyers or advice on opening a bank account, foreign exchange money transfer or mortgages, we’ll be happy to help and introduce you to reputable companies but of course, if you have everything sorted out, that’s fine. You’re free to use whoever you want but we're here if you need us.
