Portugal’s climate is superb – warm and sunny without overdoing it. Unlike some of the Spanish costas which can suffer 40°+ Centigrade (100°+ F) for days or even weeks on end, Atlantic breezes make the daily highs altogether more balmy. (It’s one of the reasons that golfing is so popular in this region.)
Getting there is easy - with plenty of flights from a selection of airlines serving its airports (Faro, Lisbon and Oporto) from UK/RoI and many other locations around the globe.
