The beautiful beachfront location of Playa Mujeres Resort is perfectly set off by the stunning backdrop of the Chacmochuc Lagoon national wildlife Reserve.

The resort has direct access to over 3 km of soft, white sand beach and exclusive use of the private beach clubs. The beach forms part of the famous Playa Mujeres beach which melts gently into the turquoise, crystal waters of the Caribbean.

There are two, first class Greg Norman signature golf courses as part of the 500 acre development and they’ve been designed to blend harmoniously with the lush and verdant surroundings.

As a resident you will be able to moor your yacht in the Playa Mujeres Resort inland yacht marina, with full access to all the services available in this ultra modern facility. The marina village houses the beautiful yacht club, complete with, gym, swimming pool, lounge, restaurant and bar.

There will also be a fully serviced commercial centre, fine restaurants, relaxing cafés, elegant shopping and a 5-star boutique hotel.

And if you’d sooner arrive by air, you can fly in and land on the resort's private helicopter pad.

It goes without saying that you’ll have available all the usual services you’d expect in a resort like this, including concierge services, in-house catering services, maid and chauffeur services, babysitting and children’s club facilities and full time security.

Marina

Playa Mujeres Resort includes a full-service inland marina providing a convenient port of entry on the Mexican Caribbean and offering an opportunity to explore the wonderful coastline.

170 berths, full service marina and complex

As a resident of the resort you will have the option to purchase one of the 170 moorings.

The protected harbour of this inland marina offers first class marine services to yacht owners including dry-dock services, high-speed fuel dispensers, full maintenance facilities, and 24 hour security.

With a controlled depth of 4 metres, the moorings will be capable of accommodating yachts up to 36 metres. And if the plan is to do as little as possible you can make use of the yacht provisioning, catering and cleaning services which will also be available.

Whilst ashore, you’ll certainly want to make use of the yacht club facilities which will include a clubhouse with restaurant, swimming pool, lounge and gymnasium.

The promenade that edges the marina waterfront will have a commercial area offering duty-free shopping, elegant boutiques, the waterside cafés and gourmet restaurants. You’ll also have full use of the Wellness Centre, spa, gymnasium and other restaurants within the resort.

Golf

As a resident of Playa Mujeres Resort you’ll be able to enjoy the challenges of two Greg Norman, signature golf courses, and all within a few steps of your luxury apartments.

The first course is situated within the resort grounds and comprises an operational 72-par, 18 hole course with a 74.5 rating and slope of 139. The second course which is well under way, will be ready to play next year.

Greg Norman Signature Golf Courses

The stunning surroundings make playing golf at Playa Mujeres Resort, a unique experience. With greens and fairways nestling between the Chacmochuc Nature Reserve and Caribbean Sea, whichever way you turn, you’ll have spectacular views.

The first of the courses, which is fully operational has a uniquely designed lakeside clubhouse with views towards the green and the Caribbean beyond.

The clubhouse has a well-stocked pro-shop, practice grounds with driving range, indoor restaurant and a lounge area. There is also an open lakeside terrace – perfect for enjoying a post-golf lunch, a snack or maybe just a long, cool drink.

As a resident of the Playa Mujeres Resort you’ll enjoy special benefits for both Greg Norman signature golf courses, including an average 10% discount on lowest available Public Green Fees for a limited period.

You’ll also benefit from reservations up to four weeks in advance, signing privileges, earlier twilight bookings, complimentary shoe care and stage carts with player’s name.

Yearly private tournaments and events will be organised for members including annual dual meets with members from other clubs within the area.

Beach

The Playa Mujeres Resort is just a stone’s throw from one of Cancun’s most breathtaking beaches and as a resident you’ll have your own access to a 3.2km stretch of platinum-white sand, totally unspoiled beach.

You have full access to any one of the resort’s private beach clubs sitting at the edge of the Caribbean’s crystal clear waters, where you can relax, read a book, sunbathe, take the occasional cooling dip…

Plenty of beach and watersports fun for everyone

If you feel the need for something a little more energetic, you’ll find an array of water activities available right on the beach, ranging from jet skiing, sailing, windsurfing, kayaking, water skiing and parasailing.

Nearby, you’ll be able to book your place on any of the excellent sport fishing and deep sea fishing trips. And there’s even the opportunity for anglers to indulge their passion with some shoreline fishing amongst the many inlets, flats and lagoons, that surround the resort.

There’s plenty of opportunity to try SCUBA diving and snorkeling and a particularly good spot with its abundance of marine life and coral shelves, is the tiny island of Isla Mujeres.
