What is live chat?
Live chat allows you to contact us immediately and have a one-to-one "conversation" with one of our staff. There are none of the delays of email and you can start using it just by clicking on the "Chat Now" button. Of course, it's 100% FREE, too.

Why would I want to use live chat?
In short... because you can get answers to questions, help, advice and more in ultra-quick time.
Not only can we "talk" back to you but also send you things and help you find your way around our web site, too.
How does it work?
Imagine your computer keyboard could function rather like a telephone but, instead of speaking with us, you type what you want to say.
Once you start the chat session - so long as we are online - we'll receive your message immediately you send it.
Your message appears on our computer screen and we can answer back in the same way... using our keyboard. You'll see our response just as soon as we hit the "send" button.
How do I start chatting with you?
Assuming we are online, you'll see a graphic like this (it's normally at the top of the rightmost column of most pages in our site).
Simply click on the "CHAT NOW" button... and within seconds you will be connected.
NB The graphic on the left is a non-working example. You'll actually need to click on the live graphic at the top right of this page.

What can I do if you are offline?
When we are offline (i.e. not at the other end of the chat link), you'll see a slightly different graphic in the same place that simply says, "Live chat offline".
Click on that image (not the example below - that doesn't work) and you can leave us a message. We'll get back to you just as soon as we are free... either by phone or email as you choose.
