A bit of background…

Alas, for many, the word sales (or selling or marketing) - in any market place - often conjures up a negative situation. Lots of people see selling or marketing as equating to manipulation, trickery or deception.

Sadly - and it's only as a result of bad past experience of dealing with less-than-professional suppliers - this negative view is a stance that many people have adopted.

As a client or buyer, you may have experienced sales people in some companies that do their utmost to deceive you or try to get you to say "yes". When, in all reality, all you want to do is say "no".

Unfortunately, in certain situations when dealing with other companies, buyers may not see this until after the event.

Customer Satisfaction - A Token Gesture?

Many companies pay lip service to client satisfaction when their real aim in life is - regardless of the prospect's wants and needs - simply to "close the deal", as they say.

It's so short sighted. This hostility does not pay long-term dividends.

OK, so the supplier wins - or at least they think they do, but eventually word gets out and the company develops (let's not beat about the bush here) a lousy reputation.

So, what's so different about us? Quite a lot, actually!

We'll never focus on beating down any objections you may have or pushing you for an order. Sales organisations only feel they have to do this in an attempt to sell something to someone who plainly doesn't want or need it.

That's simply not our approach.

We know that if we can rationally and reasonably explain the benefits of working with us, when you're ready you'll let us know.

In the meantime, we can wait.

Let's face it; we attach great importance to the fact that you allow us to make a living. Yes, it is more difficult for us to do it right… but we see the acquisition of a new client not as the end of the road but the first of many steps in an exciting journey – a mutually beneficial, exciting journey.

Priority number one is your satisfaction.

But that will only ever happen if we make certain that you are delighted about what we do for you.
